Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I install the Pee Pal Stream Stopper?
A: 1. The middle suction cup of the flexible urine shield is pressed to the top side of the rim at the back of the toilet (under the toilet seat).  2. The two bottom corner suction cups are pressed to the inside of the rim of the toilet, one to the left and one to the right (See below) making sure to leave a little space between the back of the PPSS and the inside rim.  This allows the PPSS flexibility room when raising and lowering the seat.

Step 2

When the Pee Pal Stream Stopper is properly installed, you should be able to raise and lower the seat without the PPSS getting in the way of normal use.

Q: How do I remove the Pee Pal Stream Stopper?
A: Lift on the small tab on the side of the suction cup and gently break the seal.

Q: How do I clean the Pee Pal Stream Stopper?
A: Remove the PPSS from the toilet and place it in the bathtub.  Spray the PPSS with your favorite all-purpose bathroom cleaner and wipe with a paper towel or damp cloth.  Rinse well and dry.  Reinstall on clean surface.

Q: Can I put the toilet seat down with the Pee Pal Stream Stopper installed?
A: Yes!  The PPSS is made from a sturdy, yet very flexible material that "folds" down out of the way when not in use.  When the toilet seat is lifted, the PPSS pops back up into place, ready for use, without having to touch it!
